Jessica Bourassa
Vice President, Human Resources
Jessica leads and is responsible for overseeing all HR functions for our company locations. Jessica and her team are passionate about creating a culture of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.
Practicing human resources for several years in a variety of industries including manufacturing, industrial, and commercial construction has provided her with the experience she applies to her current role today.
Most recently, she served as Human Resources Manager for Metro Walls, a 100% employee-owned full-service commercial framing, drywall, and acoustical company.
Prior to her time at Metro Walls, Jessica saw tremendous growth from her breakthrough position as an HR administrator coordinator, all the way up to running and leading the company’s strategic HR goals and initiatives.
Jessica earned her Associate of Science in Business Administration degree from Middlesex Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, and an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources also from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition to her education, she currently holds her SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and her SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute. Additionally, she is a certified Predictive Index Analyst and certified Plan Sponsor Professional. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and fur-children mostly outdoors as a true New Englander would. She is also one of the founding members of the Manchester Professional Women for Good.
