Hub Connect is designed to provide the information companies need to manage their Roaming and Offload relationships. It utilizes advanced big data and analytics tools, including Snowflake™, a cloud-based big data solution, and Looker™, a business intelligence and data analytics platform. Combined with the Single Digits’ PlatformONE infrastructure, these tools provide a powerful new reporting tool to our Roaming and Offload customers. Hub Connect allows customers to access their transactional data and gain new insights into their roaming partners’ activity. The system is flexible and can provide a variety of data visualizations, including historical trends and current activity.
Hub Connect delivers a variety of transactional reports showing roaming metrics day by day, hour to hour and minute-to-minute intervals. It also provides intuitive search capabilities that simplify data requests and tabular and graphical visualizations that simplify data analysis and tracking of customer interactions and their roaming relationships. Our in-house data experts designed the Hub Connect data visualizations in Looker, leveraging an in-depth knowledge of the reporting needs for data offload and roaming.
The new tool is a powerful and easy-to-use solution that allows the Hub team to deliver the information customers rely upon for the roaming and offload businesses. Future phases of the Hub Connect reporting project will continue to expand the information available to our customers and provide critical user usage metrics and more detailed location reporting.
